On this monday we started the day by recieving instruction by mr.ichal
he told us to prepare for indonesian buffet for our guest tomorrow.
So he seperate us into groups,im in the butcher with ayu,fikar,ardi,ions,and gorok
So i started the day by making a sourdough
And then i go buy some mineral water galoon with made.
And when i arrived i go straight to the kitchen and go to the butcher section
in there i started cutting meat for "sate maranggi" into cubes
When all the meat is sliced,i started putting the meat into the skewer when its done
we keep the sate in the chiller to be grilled tomorrow
When all the butcher activity is done
i started grabbing the cleaning utensils,and started cleaning the butcher section
When its cleaned,i go to pastry and helped made making the sugardough for cheese tartlet.
while making the sugardough made always making a joke and it was a fun day
After that we take a break,eat some food,clean the kitchen,and go home
