it was a funny presentation but it went well
after the presentation,we started making croissant
me and putra started grabbing the utensil and ingredients
we started scaling all the ingredients and start mixing it
after all the ingredients mixed,Chef Salam told us to make the sponge cake
cause fikar didnt come, so me and putra split the job
so i make the sponge cake and putra make the croissant

i started scaling the ingridients
after that i mixed the egg,sugar,salt and the TBM until it stiff
after it stiff i added the melted butter
when its mixed well i pour the dough into the cake mold i divided the dough into 3 part
when all the dough all set i put it into the oven
when the cake still in the oven
me and yuli told to make the same filling so we started doing it
by making the dark cherry puree mixed with gelatine
and make the whip cream
the cake is done and the filling too
i started making the cake by spreading the whipcream
and pouring the dark cherry puree
when the cake is stacked Chef Salam i put the cake to the chiller
and wait for the next day to be coat
when the croissant done
Chef ical told us to run across the restaurant and back to kitchen
just like the last week except today we do it for 6 times
after we run,we eat and go home
