DAILY REPORT WEEK TWO(DAY FOUR)

so for today i just helped my team for the plating cause we have prepared the dish from yesterday and the dish is not too complicated and AldyCute have done it all.for today my team is in charge of the dessert,because its a celebes buffet the dessert is "pisang ijo" and "cucur bayao" 

because i didnt do much working on this day i just gonna explain u whats my menu,Pisang ijo is a steamed banana that covered on mixture of coconut milk,flour,margarine,sugar,pandan leaf,and some green food coloring.for your information it must be green cause "ijo" in "pisang ijo" means hijau or green.after it covered with the mixture it get steamed again to make the mixture cooked and ready to eat.after it cooked we make the sauce,its basically a coconut  milk,sugar,and some pandan too.

we have too cook the sauce until it get a little thick.after the sauce is done u can put the "Pisang Ijo" on a plate and then pour it with some tropical syrup or in here we like to call it "sirup DHT",u can put some ice cubes too or if u want u can just put the sauce on chiller and eat it later

sooo...after all the buffet goes into the restaurant me and my friend take a break.we wait till its 4am to begin the general cleaning

after all done,we go home
