day 1,last morning after i arrived at campus me and my group have to handle the main course.we have to cook indonesian main course today that called "konro bakar",konro bakar is cuisine from makassar it basically a roasted beef ribs served with peanut sauce,but some locals prefer to eat it with rice and some crackers
making konro this day is not very hard because some of my friend had prepared the konro from the day before,so when we doing we only work what to do left,that is roasting the beef,making the peanut sauce,steaming the rice,frying the crackers and preparing the condiment,thanks to my friend that have prepared the konro hehe
about 11am the konro is finally cooked,after we roast the rib we put the rib into the inset and garnished it with some tomato and other veges.and take the konro and the condiment to the restaurant.after that we prepared creme brule for the next day.so after we prepared the creme brulee,we put it in the chiller for tomorrow so when we work tomorrow it not be so hard.after all the cooking done,as always we have to clean our kitchen and after that we go home
