WELL HELLO PEOPLES!
just like the other days..u know im always come right in time.its better than coming late hehe(sorry).soo for today my group got "main course" of oriental buffet.my friends have prepared the dish yesterday.the main course oriental buffet consist chicken teriyaki, gai tod takrai, and onigiri.enough about the menu explanation i will tell u what i have done for today hehehe
i tell my friends to let me handle the frying and grilling.they said yes(of course they will).first i take the small chinese wok and pour some oil in it and turn on the stove and wait till it gets hot, while waiting the oil to heats up.i grab the crushed lemon grass and put some corn flour on it,i mixed them well.finally the oil become hot.i put the lemon grass on it and let it turned into darker color and become nice and crispy(the lemon grass is for gai tod takrai)
frying the lemongrass is done, now is the time fry the chicken first i fried the chicken on the small chinese wok...and Chef Faisal came and said "why u use the small chinese wok?it can took a long time to fry it because u have to fry it so many times.why u dont use the bigger chinese wok?so u can fry it for one time whats the use of that chinese wok if u dont use it" (sorry Chef!my bad)
so grab all the marinated chicken, heats up the big chinese wok and pour all the chicken in one time hehe, while its frying i tell chris to keep an eye on it so it dont get overcooked while i take the chicken breast for chicken teriyaki.chris said no problem chef!(just kidding he just said "ok no problem")
so i get the chicken breast and turn on the grill and put the chicken breast nice and clearly,i put the chicken close to each other so there will be no gap to heat came out
the teriyaki is cooked, chef faisal asked me a favor to grill his satay too
after all its done we take them to restaurant and take a rest, for today i didnt helped my group on preparing pisang ijo hehe(sorry wont do it again) its all because im feelin so hot and sweating like hell.
we do our general cleaning and go home.
