i arrived at campus at 7am its because im incharge for today(its me with indra and ria),after arrived at the kitchen i told the junior to get ready for entering kitchen.then i check their tools and check are they all present or not.so,we're entering the kitchen.ria told them to line up and ask them about the assignment my friend gave them yesterday.after that indra call Chef rijal to explain them about their menu for today
for today my junior got continental buffet,so chef rijal explain that what to do and how to do it.they have to make french bread and the sponge cake again because they failed to make it on the day before.after chef rijal explain it to them.we split the junior into groups that handle their part of the job,the groups divided by four into appetizer,soup,main course,and the last one is dessert
so im incharge for guiding them on how to make the french bread.so i go to pastry to make the french bread.the process went well.at 12am the restaurant is 0pen.so we take the food and take it to the restaurant
After restaurant closed.we tell our junior to take a break,after they've taking a break i tell them to do the general cleaning of the kitchen when its done we tell them to lineup and go home
